Begin and end billable time on any project task with a single button. Stopping automatically creates a finalized timesheet entry — no manual logging.
One-Active-Timer Enforcement
Only one timer can run per user at a time, eliminating double-counted hours and protecting the integrity of your captured data.
Warn-and-Switch or Hard Block
Choose whether starting a new timer while one is running blocks the action or shows a clear confirmation dialog before switching.
Always-Visible Running Banner
A header banner on the task names the active timer and shows elapsed time, so nobody forgets a clock is running.
Inline Timesheet Validation
Captured entries show directly on the task's Timesheets tab, flagged Billable and Auto-stopped for instant review.
Configurable Minimum Billable Increment
Round captured time up to a company-defined increment, such as 15 minutes, so every entry is clean and invoiceable.
Runaway-Timer Protection
A scheduled auto-stop closes any timer that runs past a configurable maximum duration, flagging the entry for review.
Manager Billable-Hours Dashboard
Pivot and list views slice captured hours by project, task, and user, for utilization and billing insight in one place.
Bulk Stop From the Active Timers List
Stop any running timer directly from a shared list of every active timer across the team, no digging through individual tasks required.
