Budget Cascade with Override

Bulk Hierarchy Configuration
Select any number of projects from the list view and set their parent, weight, or mandatory-customer rule in a single wizard action.
Configurable Mandatory Customer Field
A Settings toggle lets the organization require the Customer field on every project, matching internal governance rules without touching each record.
Hierarchy-Aware List and Form Views
The project list gains Parent, Weighted Progress %, and Total Tasks columns, and the project form adds a Hierarchy page with Position, Consolidation, and Budget sections plus Sub-Projects and Hierarchy Tree smart buttons.

Configure at Scale
Use the bulk wizard or the Settings toggle to apply hierarchy and Customer-field rules across many projects at once.
