The problem
Purchase orders, RFQs, and quotations identify products by code and name alone. With dozens of visually similar SKUs — fasteners, apparel sizes and colors, spare parts — buyers pick the wrong variant, receiving staff can't match a paper PO to the physical item, and vendors misread orders sent without any visual reference.

Choose Small, Medium, or Large image presets so printed images fit the page layout instead of breaking it.
Per-Order Override
Any single PO or quotation can override the organization default image size — or turn images off entirely — without touching Settings.

A single Purchase settings block holds the report toggle, form toggle, and default print size — no hunting across menus.
Batch Size Wizard

Direct Image Download
Each order line carries a direct link to download the full-resolution product image straight from the browser.
