Floor managers have no reliable way to know how long a table has been occupied. Staff track dwell time from memory, tables sit uncleared after payment, and slow-turning sections go unnoticed until the shift is already lost — with no data to show which tables or service periods are the problem.

Table timers start and stop automatically with the order — opened on seating and closed the moment the table is fully paid and cleared. No manual clocks for staff to manage.
Configurable start trigger
Choose whether the timer starts when the table is seated, when the first item is added, or when the order is confirmed — matching how your venue actually runs service.
Clear multi-order lifecycle
Decide whether a second order on an already-occupied table keeps accumulating on the same timer or starts fresh, so staff always know exactly how the timer behaves.
Live Floor view
A single kanban grouped by floor shows every table's live dwell time, seat count, and running total — the whole floor at a glance.
At-a-glance color alerts
Each table shows green, amber, or red based on configurable warn and over-limit thresholds, so staff read table status instantly instead of interpreting raw numbers.
Live badge on the POS floor screen
The same color-coded timer appears directly on the POS FloorScreen, right on each table tile, so servers see occupancy status without leaving the till.
Manual timer control
Stop, pause, resume, or reset any table's timer by hand from the Live Floor view or the timer form — useful for corrections and edge cases.
Dwell-time reporting
A dedicated report lists every historical timer with duration, table, floor, and customer — ready for the native list export into your own analytics.
Threshold-aware price-change warning
Get notified when a line's price is changed by more than a configurable percentage on a table with a running timer, so unusual mid-service price edits don't slip by unnoticed.

Set the start trigger, multi-order rule, and warn/over-limit minutes for each Point of Sale from Settings.
Seat a table
A table timer opens automatically the moment a draft order is created for that table.
Watch the floor
The Live Floor kanban and the POS FloorScreen badge show every table's color-coded status in real time.
Review dwell-time reports
After service, use the dwell-time report to see which tables and hours turn slowest.
