The problem
Native Odoo POS treats Pay Later as a global switch: once enabled, any cashier can put any transaction on account for any customer. In busy bars, restaurants and retail counters, that turns into bad debt discovered weeks later at reconciliation — because there is no way to say which customers actually qualify for credit.

This module ties Pay Later eligibility to the customer, not a blanket toggle. Flag individual accounts, build condition-based rules by customer group, point of sale, product or date window, and let the Payment screen block ineligible sales instantly — with a clear reason shown to the cashier and every block logged for review.
