The problem
Every company in a multi-company Odoo database shares the same navbar. Staff switching between entities have no visual cue for which company is active, so invoices get raised, stock is moved, and journal entries are posted under the wrong company — mistakes that are painful to unwind and create audit exposure.

How it works
Open a company's settings
Go to the Companies page and open the record for the company you want to color.
Pick a color
Use the picker, a palette swatch, a hex value, or Suggest from Logo, and check the live preview.
Save and see it live
Save the record; the navbar bar and app-name area repaint immediately in the new color for everyone in that company.
Allow a personal touch (optional)
Turn on Allow User Override so individual users can set their own navbar color from their Preferences.
