A Credentials smart button on every partner form opens the exact logins, servers and licenses tied to that contact — no separate app to open.
Vault-Grade Encryption
Every secret is encrypted at rest with authenticated Fernet (AES-class) encryption. Plaintext is never stored in the database, and a corrupted or foreign token simply fails closed.
Strength & Health Scoring
Each credential gets a 0-100 strength score and a Weak, Fair or Strong badge the moment it is saved, so risk is visible at a glance in every list and kanban card.
Expiry & Duplicate Detection
Credentials past their expiry date, expiring soon, or reusing a password already stored elsewhere are flagged automatically — no manual review required.
One-Click Remediation
Flag for Rotation turns a weak or expired warning into an action, marking the credential for a fresh password without leaving the record.
Built-in Password Generator
Generate strong passwords with configurable length and character classes, either inline on a credential or from the standalone generator wizard.
Granular Sharing
