Moving stock between warehouses in native Odoo means enabling Storage Locations and Multi-Step Routes, understanding route and rule mechanics, and clicking through several disconnected pickings. Warehouse staff end up routing requests informally over chat or email, so a simple request for stock at a branch can take hours to become an actual transfer document.

Inter-Warehouse Transfer gives you one screen to pick a source warehouse, a destination warehouse and products, with live stock availability shown as you build the line. Routine transfers auto-approve; only over-threshold or requested transfers need a manager's sign-off — and every transfer is tracked from request to done.
