Auto-Created Shipment Tracking
A shipment tracking record is created automatically the moment a purchase order is confirmed, so no import is ever left untracked. The auto-create behaviour can be toggled from Inventory settings.
Full Lifecycle Shipment Board
A consolidated kanban board tracks every in-flight shipment through Booked, In Transit, Arrived, Customs, and Delivered, with on-time, delayed, and arrived status badges visible at a glance.
Honest Delay Tracking
The original ETA is preserved the moment a shipment is created and is never silently overwritten, so delay days and on-time status are measured against the real promise date, not a moving target.
Stage-Gate Checklists
Reusable checklist templates block a shipment from advancing to the next stage until every required item for the current stage is marked done, closing a compliance gap standard Odoo leaves open.

Line-level customs entries compute duty automatically, and freight, insurance, and duty are allocated across purchase order lines by value to derive true landed unit cost — the financial payoff most competing apps never offer.
Validated Export Compliance Documents
Mark a sale order as an export order to capture Bank Permit No., ports, vessel/flight, L/C number, and company exporter credentials, then print compliant Packing List, Bill of Lading, and Customs Export documents — blocked until every mandatory field is filled.
