Define the skills and levels required for every department, then update or bulk-apply requirements across a department’s whole workforce in one action.

A live view comparing required department skills against each employee’s actual level, flagging who meets the requirement, who is short, and who has no record of the skill at all.
Assessment Planning with a Named Assessor
Schedule skill assessments with a target level and an assigned assessor, move them through a draft, planned, and completed workflow, and record the assessed result with full chatter history.
Assessment Calendar
