Open Hide Actions > Rules and name a new rule for the model you want to control.
Choose what to hide
Toggle whole menus, individual items, or specific reports, and set an optional record-state condition.
Target the right people
Scope the rule to all users, specific groups, or specific users, and optionally to selected companies.
Preview and save
Use the preview wizard to confirm exactly what the target user will see, then save — changes apply on the user's next page refresh.
