The Activities, Messaging, and Chat icons in the top bar are noise for frontline staff who never manage scheduled activities or internal chat. Existing solutions hide one icon at a time, apply globally with no role awareness, and give administrators no way to see who currently has what hidden.

How it works
Install & Enable
Install the module and confirm the master switch is on from the Header Visibility settings tile.
Build a Rule
Choose which icons to hide, who the rule applies to, and whether it is scoped by device or time.
Protect Key Roles
Add managers or admins to the always-show whitelist so they keep full access no matter what.
Check the Dashboard
Open the Status dashboard and click Recompute to confirm exactly which users have which icons hidden.
