How it works
Create the movement
HR selects the employee and movement type; the record auto-fills their current job, department, manager, branch, company, and salary as the before snapshot.
Route for approval
The movement moves through manager and HR approval stages, with the receiving branch or company confirming transfers before anything changes.
Apply the change
Once approved, the new job, department, manager, salary, or company takes effect, contracts migrate for cross-company moves, and access rights update automatically.
Track and report
The movement is logged to the employee's history timeline, temporary transfers count down to auto-reversion, and a PDF letter documents the change.
