The problem

Required-Document Catalog
Configure which document types apply to customers, suppliers or both, mark them required, and set expiry rules — completion percentage tracks progress and blocks approval until the set is complete.
Document Versioning & Archive
Re-uploaded documents are versioned automatically, keeping a compliance-ready archive of every prior submission instead of overwriting history.
Risk Scoring & AML Screening
Every record carries a computed risk level, plus a pluggable AML / sanctions screening hook — run a check and capture the provider, match status and notes directly on the record.
