As-Found / As-Left Readings with Tolerance Evaluation
Record readings before and after adjustment for each calibration point. Deviation from nominal and pass / adjusted / out-of-tolerance results are calculated automatically against configured tolerance bands — no manual math, no transcription errors.
Immutable Reference-Standard Traceability
Every calibration event freezes a snapshot of the reference standards used and their calibration state at that moment. This audit-grade ISO 17025 section 6.5 traceability chain survives even if the reference standard is later recalibrated or retired.
Certificate Lifecycle with Review & Signatory Control
Certificates move through draft, review checklist, and issue, with revision and supersede tracking so nothing is released unchecked. Only authorised signatories within their scope can issue a certificate.
Tokenised Public Certificate Verification
Every issued certificate gets a secure, tokenised public verification link. Customers confirm authenticity without logging in, while the lab keeps control over token expiry.
Intermediate Verification Checks
Log pass/fail spot checks between full calibrations to catch drift early. A failed verification automatically quarantines the instrument or reference standard before it can be used again.
Custody Checkout with Auto-Quarantine
Track chain of custody when a technician checks out a reference standard, with condition captured on issue and return. Double-assignment is blocked, and equipment returned damaged or overdue is quarantined automatically.
Bulk Certificates & Due Reminders
Generate certificates for every due instrument in one action with the bulk certificate wizard, and let scheduled reminders notify owners before instruments go overdue — no more chasing due dates manually.
Customer Portal & Printable Register
