The problem
Bills of Material and Manufacturing Orders show text-only rows — internal reference codes and names with no picture. On the shop floor that forces an assembler to mentally translate a code like "SH-0042-BLK" into a physical part, which slows picking and kitting and causes mistakes when two components share a similar code or name. Printed work orders make it worse: an operator without a screen gets no visual confirmation at all that the right part is in hand.
The solution
This app adds a component image column to the BoM and Manufacturing Order, a finished-good header image on the MO, and images in the printed Production Order report — all driven by a single on-document toggle and a per-document image size, with a clear placeholder and a missing-image counter so gaps in your product catalog never show up as blank rows.

Component images in the BoM
Every Bill of Material line gets an inline component thumbnail so parts are identified visually, not by code alone.
Images on the Manufacturing Order
The MO header shows the finished-good image and every component line shows its own thumbnail, so operators work from pictures, not text.

The Production Order PDF report prints a component image column, sized per document, so operators without a screen get visual confirmation on paper too.
