A dedicated modal picker opens straight from the BoM form so you select every component for the assembly in one focused flow instead of adding lines one at a time.
Search and faceted filtering
Narrow the candidate list with native search plus category and variant attribute filters, so large catalogs stay easy to work through instead of endless scrolling.
Pre-confirm preview
Review every selected product with an editable quantity and unit of measure, plus a live count of the lines about to be added, before anything touches the BoM.
Duplicate and missing-data warnings
Products already on the BoM and products with no SKU are flagged right in the preview, so mistakes are caught before they are written, not after.
Bulk quantity and UoM assignment
Set a quantity and unit of measure once and apply it to the whole selection, then fine-tune individual lines in the preview instead of editing every row by hand.
One-click undo
Every confirmed bulk addition is recorded as a batch, so a wrong multi-select can be reversed in a single click straight from the BoM form.
Saved component groups
Save the current selection as a named, reusable set and load it into any BoM later, so recurring assemblies never require rebuilding the list from scratch.
Variant attribute filtering
Narrow candidate products by variant attribute value, so you can pick the exact variant-specific components an assembly needs.
How it works
Open the picker
From a saved Bill of Materials, click Multi-Add Components to launch the picker.
Search, filter, select
Filter by category or variant attribute, set a default quantity and UoM, then multi-select every component you need — or load a saved group.
Review and adjust
Check the preview list, fix quantities or UoM individually or in bulk, and resolve any duplicate or missing-SKU warnings.
Confirm or undo
Add every line in one action, optionally saving the selection as a reusable group — or undo the whole batch in one click.
