The problem
Warehouse teams must manually type the Done quantity on every stock move line, even though it almost always matches the quantity Odoo already reserved. On transfers with 20, 40, or more lines this repetitive re-entry wastes time and invites picking errors — and existing "auto fill" apps apply changes instantly, with no preview, no selective control, and no way to undo a mistake.
The solution
Auto-Fill Done Qty From Reserved Qty fills Done quantities from the reserved amount (or the full demand) in one click, but shows a before/after preview first so you can deselect any line before confirming. Every fill is logged with who, when, and what changed, and a single click reverses it — safe automation, not a blind bulk overwrite.

One-Click Fill
Fill every eligible line's Done quantity from the reserved amount straight from the transfer form, or run a bulk fill across multiple selected transfers directly from the list view.
Before/After Preview
A preview wizard lists every affected line's current, reserved, demand, and new quantity before anything is written, so operators see exactly what will change.
Selective Per-Line Apply
Deselect any line in the preview before confirming; excluded lines are greyed out and skipped automatically, so exceptions never get overwritten by mistake.
Per-Operation-Type Rules
Configure Manual, Automatic-on-validation, or Disabled mode independently for each operation type — receipts, deliveries, and internal transfers each behave exactly as you choose.
Fill-to-Demand Option
Optionally fill Done to the full ordered demand instead of only the reserved quantity — useful for partial receipts and force-fill scenarios.
Smart Exclusions
Automatically skip service products, lot/serial-tracked products, or entire product categories you flag, so special-handling lines are never silently overwritten.
Full Audit Trail
Every fill and undo is logged with who performed it, when, and the exact per-line quantities affected, in a dedicated Auto-Fill History dashboard.
One-Click Undo
Reverse the most recent fill and restore every affected line's prior quantities in a single click, right from the transfer form.
Discrepancy Alerts
A warning banner flags transfers where the filled quantity differs from the original demand, so over- or under-fills surface immediately instead of downstream.
How it works
Reserve normally
Confirm and reserve the transfer as usual; Odoo calculates the reserved quantity per line.
Click Auto-Fill
Press Auto-Fill Done Qty on the transfer, or select several transfers from the list and run the bulk action.
Review the preview
Check the before/after quantities, deselect any line you want to leave untouched, and confirm.
Validate with confidence
Every fill is logged for audit, and one click undoes it if something needs correcting.
