The problem
Odoo's Inventory app shows every enabled operation type, and every transfer inside it, to any user with Inventory access. There is no native way to say a receiving clerk may only work Receipts, or a picker may only work Deliveries — so warehouses running multiple roles get cluttered screens, accidental validations against the wrong operation, and no way to prove access was ever restricted.
The solution
Allowed Operation Types for Users adds a hard, record-rule-level restriction on top of every operation type and its transfers. Configure access one user at a time, in bulk from a single matrix, or by applying a reusable role or department profile — every change is logged and the affected user is notified automatically.
