Tare-variance fraud alerts
Every tare capture is checked against the vehicle's known or historical average tare. When the variance crosses a configurable threshold, the ticket is flagged automatically.

How it works
Capture gross weight
The truck arrives, the operator opens a new ticket and captures the gross weight, stamped with the user and the time.
Capture tare weight
On the way out, tare is captured or pulled from the vehicle's known tare, the ticket auto-advances, and any variance is checked.
Review & deduct
Add load lines and quality-test results; the adjusted net weight and settlement amount are computed automatically.
Approve & lock
A manager approves the ticket, it locks for audit, and the linked stock picking is generated automatically.
