Website Submit Quote replaces checkout with a guided Request for Quote flow wherever you need it, per product or store-wide. Buyers build a quote basket, submit their details through a stepped form, and track the whole journey afterward, while every request lands in a dedicated Website RFQs queue for your sales team.

Per-Product Quote Toggle
Turn on Request a Quote for individual products with a single field, so a mixed catalog can keep instant checkout for some items and quote-only pricing for others.
Whole-Store RFQ Mode
Switch the entire store to quote-only mode to hide prices and disable instant checkout, for sellers who never want a published price competing with a negotiated one.
Structured Customer Details
Every submission captures contact and company details plus free-text requirements, giving the sales team clean, structured lead data instead of a scattered email thread.

How it works
Buyer builds a quote basket
On the shop or product page, an Add to Quote button replaces Add to Cart for any product flagged for RFQ.
Guided submission
The buyer reviews the basket, adds contact details and requirements, and submits — landing on a confirmation screen with a link to track the request.
Sales prices the request
The request appears in the Website RFQs queue for the assigned sales team, who price it and send it back, moving its stage to Ready.
Buyer accepts, order confirms
The buyer reviews and accepts the priced quote in the portal, converting it into a confirmed sales order in one step.

Yes. Choose Per-product mode in Settings, then enable the Request a Quote toggle on the individual products you want to sell by quote. Everything else keeps its normal Add to Cart flow.
