Rules shown before the upload
Accepted file types and maximum size are stated up front, per product and globally, so customers never discover a limit by rejection.
Payment proof capture
Auto-enforced proof-of-payment upload on the payment page for manual and wire transfer methods, accepting common document and image formats.
Verify or reject with a reason
Staff review every upload from the order or a dedicated backend list, and a rejection reason is shown straight to the customer.
Clean customer portal
Customers view status, download, delete and resubmit their own files from a dedicated portal page — no confusing internal chatter UI.
Notes, delivery date & PO number
Capture free-text order instructions, a requested delivery date and a purchase order number right at checkout.
Dossier PDF & zip export
Print a consolidated PDF dossier of order metadata and every file, or download the whole set as a single zip for the shop floor.
Sample files & visibility control
Publish sample or template files for customers to download, and mark each attachment customer-visible or internal-only.
