The problem
Transactional emails for quotations, orders and invoices usually just say "your order" and leave the actual products, quantities and prices buried in a PDF attachment. Recipients on mobile or behind strict mail filters may never open it, so vendors ship the wrong quantity and customers dispute prices they never saw — triggering rework and slow approval cycles. Building a line-item table by hand with template placeholders is fragile and hard to maintain across every document type.

Enable one toggle on any email template and this module reads the source document — sales order, purchase order or invoice — and renders a clean, inline-styled product table right in the email body, automatically. Choose which columns show, how tax is displayed, which categories to filter or highlight, and preview the exact result on the template form before a single email goes out.

Open a Template
Open any quotation, sales order, purchase order or invoice email template and switch to the new Product Lines tab.
Turn It On
Enable Embed Product Lines, then choose columns, tax display, table style and category filters or highlights.
Preview Instantly
Pick a sample record and the exact rendered line-item table appears on the form, before anything is sent.
Send As Usual
Confirm, invoice or send the document normally — the line-item table is embedded in the email automatically.
