The problem
Commission on point-of-sale earnings is usually tracked outside Odoo, in spreadsheets reconciled after each shift. Sales lines carry no reliable link to the employee who earned the incentive, so payouts get disputed, staff cannot see what they are owed, and managers spend hours reconciling numbers instead of running the floor.
