The problem
Customers who log into the portal to check on orders get a flat, paginated list with a single generic search box. They cannot filter by status, narrow by date range, sort by delivery date, or search by their own purchase-order reference — so they call or email the sales team to ask what is happening with an order the portal was supposed to let them track themselves.
The solution
This module enriches the existing My Orders and My Quotes pages with color-coded status badges, extra columns, multi-criteria sorting, quick-filter chips, date-range presets, group-by, saved views, and CSV export — all inside the customer portal, with no backend navigation and no changes to order data.

Color-coded status badges
Every row shows an at-a-glance badge — Confirmed, Done, Sent, Draft, Expired, or Cancelled — color-coded so customers read order state without opening a record.
Enriched order columns
Delivery Date, Customer, Customer Reference, Company, and Total appear directly in the list, alongside the standard reference and order date.
Clickable sortable headers
Order Date, Delivery Date, Reference, Customer Ref, Status, and Total column headers sort the list in one click, with a caret marking the active sort.
Quick-filter chips
One-click chips for All, Open, Awaiting Delivery, and Cancelled scope the list to the most common views without building a filter from scratch.
Date-range filters
Filter By presets for Last Week, Last Month, and Last Year narrow results by order date instantly, alongside the standard All view.
Group by date, status, customer, or company
Group large order histories into labeled clusters by Order Date, Status, Customer, or Company, with a count shown per group.
Search by reference or customer PO
The search bar's Search In options let customers find an order by its own reference or by the purchase-order number they submitted.
Saved presets, one click apply
Customers save a named combination of sort, filter, group, and search-in settings and reapply the exact view later with a single click.
Remembered views and CSV export
The last sort, filter, group, and search-in choice is remembered automatically between visits, and the current filtered list exports to CSV at any time.

Open the portal
The customer logs into the account portal and lands on My Orders or My Quotes, where every order and quotation shows a color-coded status badge.
Filter, sort, and search
One click applies a status chip, a date-range preset, a column sort, or a search by order reference or customer PO number.
Group and save the view
Group results by order date, status, customer, or company, then save the exact combination as a named preset for one-click recall later.
Return to where you left off
The last sort, filter, group, and search-in choice is remembered automatically on the next visit, and the current filtered list can be exported to CSV at any time.
