Odoo's portal shows sales orders and invoices, but stock transfers stay internal-only. Customers cannot check if an order shipped, confirm what actually arrived, or grab a signed delivery slip — so every question becomes a phone call or email to the warehouse team, and compliance-sensitive buyers have no audit trail for proof of delivery.

"Needs action" home dashboard
Portal home shows Deliveries, Receipts and To Sign counts as cards so customers see what needs their attention the moment they log in — no hunting through a flat list.
Unified deliveries, receipts & transfers
Outbound deliveries, inbound receipts and internal transfers all live in one portal list, clearly labeled by type, instead of separate apps for each direction.
Progress bars & status badges
Every transfer shows a percent-complete progress bar, type and status badges, and Partial or Signed pills so customers scan the list and instantly see what matters.
Line-level demand vs. delivered
Every line shows demanded quantity, delivered quantity and unit side by side, with a progress bar and backorder flag, so "did we get everything?" is answered without a support call.
Inline PDF preview & download
The delivery or receipt slip renders inline on the detail page so customers verify it without leaving the portal, plus a one-click download for their own records.
E-signature with audit trail
Customers sign directly on screen to acknowledge a delivery or receipt. The signature, signer name, timestamp and IP address are stored for a compliance-ready proof-of-delivery record.
Search, filter & state timeline
A searchbar plus filter and sort options let high-volume customers find a specific transfer fast, and each detail page shows a step-by-step state timeline of where it stands.
Separate salesman team view
Sales reps with the salesman group get their own team view of their customers' transfers with a Customer column, visually separate from the customer-facing portal.
Backend audit trail & settings
The backend transfer form gets a Portal tab showing who signed, when and from which IP, plus a Share button, with settings toggles for signature, receipts and internal-transfer visibility.
How it works
Install & configure
Install the module and pick which transfer types — deliveries, receipts, internal — and whether signatures are required, in Settings.
Customer logs into the portal
The customer signs into their existing portal account and sees the Warehouse Transfers dashboard with pending items highlighted.
Review the transfer detail
They open a transfer to see line-level demand vs. delivered, the state timeline, and preview or download the PDF slip inline.
Sign & confirm receipt
The customer signs on screen to confirm receipt; the signature and audit trail are stored and visible to staff in the backend.
