The problem
Standard Odoo delivery slips are text-only lists of product names and codes. When an order includes similar-looking variants, sizes or private-label SKUs, packers and receiving staff must cross-check every line against the physical goods from memory — a slow, error-prone process that leads to mis-picks, wrong shipments and disputes at the customer's dock.
The solution
This module embeds a variant-aware product image directly on every delivery slip line, with a clean placeholder for items that have no photo. Add the salesperson, order date and a rich bottom note, tune image size, position and quality to match your paper stock, and send the finished slip to the customer with one click — all from the standard delivery order you already use.

Variant-aware product images
Every delivery slip line shows the exact image of the shipped variant — color, size or private-label version — not a generic template photo, so packers and recipients confirm items at a glance.
Clean placeholder fallback
Products without a photo never leave a broken or blank slot on the slip — a neutral placeholder image renders automatically so every line looks intentional.
Configurable image quality
Choose low, medium or high resolution for the rendered images, balancing print clarity against file size for slips that stay fast to generate and easy to email.
Adjustable size and position
Set the image width in pixels and choose whether it appears before or after the product name, so the slip layout matches your paper size and catalog density.
Salesperson on every slip
Show the responsible salesperson — pulled from the linked sales order when available, or the transfer's responsible user — so recipients always have a point of contact.
Order date at a glance
Display the original order date, or the transfer's scheduled date as a fallback, giving staff and customers a clear reference on the printed document.
Rich, company-level bottom note
Add standing terms, handling instructions or a thank-you message in a fully formatted bottom note that appears on every delivery slip your company prints.
One-click email delivery
Send the finished PDF slip straight to the customer from the delivery order — the report renders, attaches itself and opens a pre-addressed composer in a single click.
Works with any transfer type
Built on the Inventory app alone, so it enriches incoming, outgoing and internal transfers alike, and automatically uses sales-order details whenever the Sales app is installed.
How it works
Configure once
Open Inventory > Configuration > Settings and turn on the image, salesperson, order date and bottom note options you want, with size, position and quality controls.
Process the transfer
Pick, pack and validate the delivery order exactly as you do today — no new screens or steps are added to the warehouse workflow.
Print the enriched slip
The standard Delivery Slip report now shows product images, salesperson, order date and your bottom note, automatically formatted to your settings.
Email it in one click
Click Email Delivery Slip on the delivery order to render, attach and send the finished PDF to the customer without leaving the form.
