How it works
Approve the payslip
Validate the payslip as usual in Odoo Payroll — Payslip Payment adds a Register Payment button as soon as it is approved.
Register a payment
Pay in full, in part, on an installment schedule, or select several payslips for a batch — with any missing bank details flagged upfront.
Post the journal entry
A balanced accounting entry posts automatically, debiting the employee-payable account and crediting the chosen bank or cash journal.
Track to full settlement
Amount paid, remaining balance, and payment status update in real time until the payslip reaches Paid, visible on the payslip and the pipeline dashboard.
