The problem
Reconciling an external list — order references from an email, SKUs from a supplier catalog, customer codes from a spreadsheet — against Odoo means searching one value, noting the result, clearing the bar, and searching again. For a list of dozens or hundreds of values, that loop eats an entire afternoon.
The solution
Paste the whole list into the native search bar — or the Bulk Search dialog — with any separator you already use. Every value is matched in one OR-logic pass, on any model, and the results land in a standard list view with export, archive, and every other bulk action already available.

Any Separator, Any Paste
Comma, semicolon, space, pipe, or newline — the parser auto-detects your format and trims stray whitespace, so a column pasted straight from a spreadsheet just works.
Field-Scoped Matching
Restrict a batch search to one specific field — a reference number, an email, a SKU — instead of a broad global match, cutting out false positives when values overlap across fields.
Exact or Partial Match
Choose exact matching for precise identifiers, or partial (contains) matching when you only have a fragment of each value.
Any Model, Zero Configuration
Works on sales orders, invoices, contacts, products, or any custom model — no per-model setup and no code.
Automatic Deduplication
Repeated or overlapping values in your pasted list collapse to a single result row, so duplicates never pad your result set.
Global Default Settings
Set the default separator, match mode, deduplication, and result limit once in Settings — every search starts from sane defaults, but can be overridden per search.
Saved Search Templates
Save a batch search — model, field, separator, and match settings included — and re-run it by name for recurring reconciliation work. Keep templates personal or share them with the team.
Native Bulk Actions on Results
Results open in the standard Odoo list view, so Export, Archive, and every configured bulk action apply immediately — no separate export-and-filter step.
One-Click Systray Launcher
A search icon in the top navigation bar opens the Bulk Search dialog from anywhere in Odoo, without navigating to a specific model first.
How it works
