The problem
Native Odoo sends one quotation at a time: open the record, confirm the recipient, review the email, send, repeat. Sales teams issuing ten or more quotations a day lose hours a week to this loop, and bulk workarounds tend to email every contact on an account instead of the right one, or fail outright when a contact has no email address.
The solution
Multi-select quotations or sales orders in the list, choose a recipient role and email template once, and send the whole batch in a single action. Every send goes through a mandatory preview, contacts without an email are skipped and reported instead of breaking the batch, and each order is logged on its own chatter with its status kept in sync.

Mass Send by Email
Multi-select any number of draft quotations or sales orders in the Sales list and send them all by email in a single action from the list's Actions menu.
Role-Based Recipient Targeting
Choose who receives the batch: the order customer, the primary commercial contact, the invoice or delivery contact, or every individual contact on the account — applied consistently across the whole batch.
Mandatory Preview Before Sending
Review the full recipient list, chosen template, and attachments before anything goes out, with skipped rows highlighted in red so mistakes never reach a customer.
Skip-and-Report for Missing Emails
Orders whose targeted contact has no email address are automatically skipped and listed with a reason, while the rest of the batch still sends.
Reusable Email Templates
Pick from any mail template scoped to Sales Orders, with the standard quotation template selected by default for every batch.
One-Click Save as Email Template
Turn the current quotation's email into a reusable template directly from the Sales Order form, without leaving the record.
Send Now or Schedule for Later
Send the batch immediately or set a future date; immediate sends can be throttled to a configurable batch size so the mail server is never overloaded.
Automatic PDF Attachment
Each email carries the quotation PDF automatically, with an option to leave it off for messages that do not need the document attached.
Draft-to-Sent Status Hygiene
Draft quotations that send successfully are automatically marked Sent, and every send is logged on the order's chatter for a complete audit trail.
