The problem
Kanban boards are the fastest way to scan record status at a glance, but they only let you act on one card at a time. Reassigning, archiving, or updating a batch of cards means abandoning the visual board for the List view — and once a bulk edit runs, there is no confirmation, no progress feedback, and no way to undo a mistake.
The solution
Kanban View Selector adds always-visible, animated checkboxes to every card and a configurable Bulk Actions toolbar that runs delete, archive, unarchive, or field updates on the whole selection. Every destructive action asks for confirmation first, every operation is logged with a full history, and reversible operations can be undone in one click.

Always-visible selection checkboxes
Every Kanban card carries an animated checkbox, so you can start selecting records without opening a menu or switching views.
Configurable Bulk Actions toolbar
A toolbar appears the moment a card is selected, showing a live count and a Bulk Actions menu of the operations an administrator has enabled for that model.
Confirmation before destructive actions
Delete and other irreversible actions always show a confirmation dialog stating exactly how many records will be affected before anything runs.
Full operation history with undo
Every bulk action is logged with per-record before/after values. Reversible operations carry a one-click Undo button right on the operation record.
Persistent selection counter and Clear
A badge tracks how many cards are selected at all times, with a single Clear control to reset the selection on long or grouped boards.
Drag-and-drop field updates
Drag a configured value chip — like a stage or tag — onto the selection to apply it to every selected card in one gesture.
No-code action configuration
Administrators define which bulk actions are available — delete, archive, unarchive, or set a field value — per model, without writing code.
Role-based access control
Dedicated User and Manager groups, plus per-action group restrictions, keep destructive bulk power limited to trusted roles.
Keyboard shortcuts for power users
Select-all, clear selection, and confirm-delete are all available from the keyboard, so high-volume boards can be processed without hunting for checkboxes.

Check the boxes on any Kanban cards you want to act on; a counter tracks your selection live.

Open the Bulk Actions menu and pick a configured action — delete, archive, unarchive, or a field update.
Confirm and run
Destructive actions show a confirmation dialog first; the toolbar shows progress while the action runs.
Review or undo
