Bespoke product setup
Mark any product as custom-size and set its pricing method, rate, base price, minimum price and default dimensions on a dedicated Furniture tab.
Workshop capacity & load
See planned hours, load percentage and an Available, Balanced or Overloaded status for every workcenter, colour-coded on a kanban and list dashboard.
Furniture Job tracking
Follow a job through Lead, Quoted, In Production, Delivery, Installation and Completed stages, with linked sale orders, manufacturing orders and purchase orders on smart buttons.
Automatic job costing & margin
Roll up revenue, material cost and labour cost from a job's sale orders and manufacturing orders into a live margin and margin percentage.
B2B agreements
Set up long-term customer agreements with per-line quantities and an agreement-level discount, then generate a sale order straight from the agreement.
Staged quantity & advance tracking
Track ordered, delivered, invoiced and remaining quantity per agreement line, plus required versus received advance payment and the outstanding balance.
Configurable approval workflow
Turn on a manager approval step for agreements above a chosen value, or leave it off — the default — so high-volume sellers are never blocked.
