Negotiated Pricing Contracts
Per-customer contracts move through a draft, active, expired, and cancelled workflow with validity start/end dates. Overlapping contracts for the same customer are blocked and lapsed contracts expire automatically.
Best-Price Auto-Selection
Every sale order line compares the list price, the customer's contract price, and any applicable volume tier, then applies whichever is lowest — and shows exactly which source won.
MOQ Enforcement
Each contract price line carries its own minimum order quantity. Orders below the negotiated minimum are blocked at confirmation, keeping quotes aligned with how the customer agreed to buy.
Volume Tier Discounting
Quantity-based discount tiers layer progressive savings on top of contract pricing. The system finds the best-matching tier for the ordered quantity and applies it automatically.
Per-Line & Total Savings
Each sale order line shows its savings percentage against list price, and the order footer totals the savings across every line — the discount is never hidden in the math.
Guided Setup Wizard
A step-by-step wizard creates a new pricing contract from a template, discount level, and product scope in one pass, replacing multi-step manual configuration.
Self-Service Buyer Dashboard
Buyers log in to My B2B and see active contracts, contracts expiring soon, and lifetime savings at a glance, plus quick-order by SKU and one-click reorder of a past order.
Contract Detail with Live Stock
Buyers open any contract to see negotiated price vs. list price, savings percent, MOQ, applicable tiers, live on-hand stock, and an expiry countdown — without contacting a rep.
Featured Products & Renewal Reminders
Sellers flag priority products as featured for merchandising, and a scheduled action sends renewal reminders as contracts approach expiry so pricing never lapses silently.

Build the contract
An account manager creates a pricing contract for the customer — by hand or via the guided wizard — and sets its validity dates.
Set prices, MOQ & tiers
Negotiated prices, minimum order quantities, and volume tiers are added to the contract's price lines, one row per product.
Orders auto-price
When the customer orders — from Sales or the portal — each line is priced from the best of list, contract, or tier, with savings shown automatically.
Track & renew
Dashboards surface expiring contracts and total savings; renewal reminders fire before a contract lapses, keeping pricing continuous.
