A dedicated ingredient (INCI), certification and skin-type catalog powers automatic allergen detection and beauty-aware product pages, while a colour-coded Expiry Dashboard keeps perishable stock visible, all built on top of standard Odoo Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Accounting.

Beauty-Ready Product Data
Every product can carry shade/finish, net volume (ml), Period After Opening and vegan, cruelty-free and organic flags, plus skin-type suitability — the structure beauty shoppers actually look for.
Ingredient (INCI) Catalog
A dedicated ingredient catalog records INCI name, EC/CAS number and function — active, emollient, humectant, preservative, fragrance, colorant or surfactant — linked directly to products.
Automatic Allergen Detection
When an ingredient flagged as a declared allergen is added to a product, the product is automatically marked and a warning banner lists the exact allergens on the form.
Certification Library
Track certifications such as Vegan, Cruelty-Free, Organic and Dermatologically Tested, each with an authority, code and logo, linked to the products that hold them.
Skin Type Suitability
A dedicated Skin Type reference list — Dry, Oily, Combination, Sensitive, Normal, Mature, Acne-Prone — lets each product declare which skin types it suits.
Pre-Configured Variant Attributes
Shade (with colour swatches), Size and Finish attributes ship ready to use, so multi-variant cosmetics work from the first product created instead of after a configuration project.
Lot and Expiry Tracking by Default
Marking a product cosmetic switches on lot tracking and expiration dates automatically, so perishable beauty stock is traceable without remembering to flip extra settings.
Colour-Coded Expiry Dashboard
A dedicated dashboard groups lots by expiry status — OK, Expiring Soon or Expired — with colour decorations so soon-to-expire stock gets noticed before it becomes a loss.
Guided Settings and a Dedicated App Menu
A Cosmetics Store settings page controls default expiry tracking and the expiring-soon threshold, and a dedicated app menu organizes Products, the Expiry Dashboard, the ingredient and certification catalog, and Skin Types.
