The problem
Sales, purchasing, and billing teams write internal notes in product-line descriptions — supplier codes, margin commentary, confidential specs, assembly instructions. Standard Odoo prints and emails every word of that text to whoever receives the document, with no way to keep it internal for one person and visible for another.
