Partner applies
A visitor completes the public join form, or an existing customer is converted in one click; the application enters a Pending Approval queue.
Admin approves & configures
Staff approve the affiliate, assign a group and starting tier, and set or inherit the commission rules that apply to their sales.
Sales & leads auto-attribute
Every confirmed sale order and CRM lead carrying the affiliate's code or referral link generates commission and updates their wallet automatically.
Partner tracks & gets paid
The affiliate follows earnings and payout status live in the portal, requests a payout, and finance settles it individually or in a bulk batch.
