The problem
Long-lived records pile up hundreds of chatter entries: customer emails, internal notes, activity logs, and system tracking messages, all in one undifferentiated wall. Finding one conversation or one field change means scrolling through the entire history by hand, and Odoo’s native chatter offers no way to filter or search inside it.
