Open the Guided Setup wizard from a user or the app menu and start filling in mailbox details step by step.
Enter credentials
Provide SMTP (and optionally IMAP) host, port, and login, or choose Google or Microsoft OAuth2 and follow the in-app guidance.
Test the connection
Run a connection test before saving so bad hosts, ports, or credentials are caught immediately, not after mail fails.
Activate & monitor
Activate the profile to generate the underlying mail servers, then watch its health, usage, and delivery log from the dashboard.
