Website Store Pickup adds the missing lifecycle: a tracked Awaiting Preparation → Ready for Pickup → Collected flow, an automatic email the moment a store validates the delivery, a merchant dashboard to manage pickups by store and status, and a customer portal panel showing live status and opening hours.

Pickup Status Lifecycle
Every in-store order tracks Awaiting Preparation, Ready for Pickup, and Collected states on the sale order, each with its own timestamp, so nothing is left ambiguous.
Automatic Ready-to-Collect Emails
When the store validates the delivery, the customer is emailed automatically that their order is ready to collect, including the store address and opening hours.
Manual Merchant Controls
Mark Ready for Pickup, Mark Collected, and Reset Pickup buttons on the sale order give staff full manual control alongside the automatic flow.
Store Pickups Dashboard
A dedicated backend list groups and filters every in-store order by pickup store and status, with color-coded badges for at-a-glance triage.
Customer Portal Pickup Panel
The customer's portal order page shows the pickup store, a live status badge, and a highlighted alert once the order is ready to collect.
Opening Hours At A Glance
Store opening hours pull from the warehouse's own calendar and appear in both the ready-to-collect email and the portal panel, so customers know when they can come by.
One Setting To Control It All
A single Website Sales setting toggles automatic notifications on or off, so merchants can rely on the manual button instead if they prefer.
Built On Native Click & Collect
No new checkout, store selector, or stock logic to configure — the module extends Odoo's own website_sale_collect so your existing store and warehouse setup keeps working unchanged.
How it works
Customer Chooses Pickup
At checkout, the customer selects a pickup store using Odoo's native Click & Collect map, distance sorting, and stock check.
Store Prepares The Order
The order confirms as an in-store pickup, tracked as Awaiting Preparation until the store validates the outgoing delivery.
Ready-to-Collect Notification
Validating the delivery (or clicking Mark Ready) flips the order to Ready for Pickup and emails the customer automatically.
Customer Collects In Store
The customer sees the ready status and opening hours in their portal, collects in-store, and staff mark the order Collected.
