Render quotations, sales orders, invoices, and project tasks as Chart.js bar, line, pie, doughnut, or polar-area charts — pick the format that tells the story best.
Headline KPI strip
Total orders, total invoiced, outstanding balance, and pending quotations surface as KPI cards above the charts, so users get the answer before they read a single graph.
Click-through drill-down
Every chart segment is clickable: click a bar or slice to jump straight to the underlying quotations, orders, invoices, or tasks behind it.
Custom date ranges & grouping
Filter any chart to an arbitrary date range and group results by month, year, customer, or status — not just fixed presets.
Live in-place refresh
Changing a filter recomputes the dashboard over JSON-RPC and redraws charts in place — no full page reload.
PNG & print export
Download any chart as a PNG image or print the whole dashboard to PDF — built for finance users who need to save or forward a snapshot.
Reusable layout templates
Group KPIs and charts into reusable Dashboard Templates, then reorder elements with a handle widget — a fresh layout for every deployment without writing code.
Per-role visibility & permissions
Assign each element to specific user roles, toggle it active or inactive, and mark it read-only or interactive — full control over what each portal user sees.
Brand-matched chart colors
Set a base color per element and the dashboard derives a full palette automatically, so charts feel native to your brand instead of default chart styling.
How it works
Enable the dashboard
Turn on Portal Dashboard from Website Settings and pick the active layout template — on by default.
Configure elements
Add KPI and chart elements under Website > Portal Dashboard, choosing document section, chart type, grouping, color, and visibility.
Assign to templates
Group elements into a Dashboard Template and reorder them with the handle widget to control the layout portal users see.
Customers self-serve
Portal users open /my/dashboard from their portal home and get an interactive, branded view of their own orders, invoices, and projects.
