The problem
Sales teams building a customer price list today export products to a spreadsheet, look up each pricelist rule by hand, and rebuild the formatting every time prices or stock change. Odoo's native product views show no pricelist-aware report at all, so nobody can tell which rule produced a given price, and comparing two pricelists means running the export twice.
The solution
Catalog Pricelist Report reads Odoo's own pricelist engine and turns any pricelist selection into a formatted PDF or XLSX catalog in seconds. Pick one or more pricelists, scope the products, toggle images, barcodes and stock, and the applied rule and its quantity tier print alongside every price so nobody has to guess which number is correct.

Pricelist-based pricing
Every price is computed through Odoo's own pricelist engine, so the catalog always matches what the customer will actually be charged.
Side-by-side pricelist comparison
Select up to five pricelists at once and print them as parallel columns on the same catalog, closing the multi-pricelist gap left by Odoo's simplified pricelist screens.
Applied-rule transparency
Each price is printed next to the pricelist rule that produced it, or "Base sales price" when no rule applies, so the printed number is never a mystery.
Quantity-tier pricing
Set a quantity and the report picks the matching tiered rule automatically, printing the minimum-quantity threshold alongside the discounted price.
Stock and incoming quantities
Toggle on-hand and incoming stock columns so the same document doubles as an availability reference for sales and the warehouse.
Barcodes and product images
Include barcodes for scanning-based ordering and product images for a polished, customer-ready layout, or turn either off to keep the document compact.
Flexible product scope
Generate a catalog for all sellable products, a chosen set of categories, or a hand-picked list of products or variants.
Featured product highlighting
Mark selected products as featured and they are visually emphasised on the printed catalog, drawing attention to the items you want to promote.
PDF and XLSX export
Produce a polished landscape PDF for printing or emailing, or export the same data as an XLSX spreadsheet for further editing.
