Each hive carries a computed 0-100 health score and status (Critical / Attention / Healthy) derived from colony strength, brood condition, and swarm risk, so weak colonies stand out immediately.
Fast field inspections
Log queen status, colony strength, brood pattern, varroa count, and swarm risk per visit. Each inspection is the source of truth that recomputes the hive's health and swarm indicators automatically.
Treatments & withdrawal compliance
Record every treatment with dosage, cost, and batch number. Withdrawal end dates are calculated automatically from the treatment date, supporting colony-health and food-safety traceability.
Disease & incident logging
Track pests and diseases such as varroa, American and European foulbrood, and chalkbrood per hive, tying every adverse event to the intervention decisions that followed.
Honey harvest & revenue tracking
Capture quantity, moisture, quality, and unit price per harvest. Revenue is computed automatically and rolls up to hive and apiary totals for yield reporting.
Equipment & per-hive cost
Track equipment assigned to each apiary and roll treatment plus equipment cost into a per-hive and per-apiary total cost, so profitability is visible, not just gross yield.
Seasonal task scheduling
Schedule spring buildup, flow-season, fall treatment, and winter-prep tasks per apiary or hive, with a daily automated reminder so a critical care window is never missed.
Weather logs & health/harvest dashboards
Log local weather to inform inspection and treatment timing, and review health-score and harvest-yield dashboards across every apiary from one consolidated view.
