Translation Memory Reuse
Previously delivered work for the same client and language pair is tracked automatically and discounted on the next quote, so repeat content is never priced from scratch.
Status-Pipeline Kanban
A draggable kanban groups every request by stage, from New through Quoted, Assigned, In Progress, Delivered and Cancelled, so the coordinator always knows where a job stands.
Translator Assignment & Workload
Jobs are assigned to internal linguists, and a dedicated workload view groups active work by translator so nobody is over-committed before a deadline is promised.
Client Milestone Notifications
Clients receive an automatic email when their quote is ready and again when the finished translation is delivered, removing the need for manual status-chasing emails.

A visitor fills out the website quote form with their source file, language pair, content type and word count, no account required.
Price Is Calculated Automatically
The system prices the job from word count, language pair rate and content-type complexity, applying any translation-memory discount, ready for the coordinator to confirm or adjust.
A Translator Is Assigned
The coordinator checks translator workload, assigns the job, and tracks it through in-progress on the status-pipeline kanban.
The Job Is Delivered
The finished file is uploaded, the client is notified automatically, and a translation-memory entry is logged for next time.
