The problem

How it works
Receive & Weigh
Log supplier, vehicle, and storage location, then capture gross and tare weight and moisture and purity readings line by line at gate-in.
Quality Gate
A manager passes or fails each receipt line against moisture and purity targets; only passed lines become commodity lots, with a computed quality score.
Blend & Approve
Combine available lots into an output blend; a manager approves it, creating a new lot with rolled-up weighted-average cost and quality score.
Dispatch & Trace
Assign lots to a customer dispatch; confirming it locks traceability back to the original supplier, receipt, or blend for every bag shipped.
