The problem
Moving a 300-tonne transformer or a wind-turbine blade is a bespoke engineering project, not scaled-up trucking. Route surveys, movement permits, escort requirements, convoy configuration and exact lift-point data all have to line up before the vehicle moves a metre — and today that sequence lives in spreadsheets, email threads and one planner's memory, with nothing stopping a convoy from rolling before a permit clears or a bridge is checked.

How it works
Register the cargo
Create the job and log each cargo item's dimensions, weight, center of gravity and lift points — oversized items are flagged the instant they are entered.
Survey and approve the route
Record waypoints, hazards and clearance data, then sign off the survey once it is clear of bridge and clearance conflicts.
Assemble the convoy and permits
Allocate tractors, trailers, SPMTs and escorts to the convoy, and push every required permit through to issued and active.
Execute and track to delivery
Dispatch the convoy, follow its live position and geofence alerts, and close the job once delivery is complete and confirmed.
