Loans, movements and exhibitions are logged automatically as objects move, so a registrar answers the location-and-ownership question from a single screen instead of five.

Provenance & ownership history
Record a full ownership narrative for every object alongside its acquisition method and date, so the chain of custody is always documented and auditable.
Condition grading & history
Grade condition from Excellent to Critical and log a timestamped condition check whenever it changes, building a complete conservation history per object.
Hierarchical locations
Model galleries, storage rooms, conservation labs and external loan locations as a hierarchy, and see at a glance how many objects sit in each one.
Movement & relocation log
Every relocation, condition check, loan-out, loan-return, acquisition and deaccession is written automatically to a movement log tied to the object.
Incoming & outgoing loans
Track loan agreements in both directions — objects you borrow and objects you lend — with lender/borrower, date range, insurance valuation and an automatic overdue indicator.
Digital signing details
Capture the signed status, signatory and signing date on every loan agreement, replacing paper and email threads with one auditable record.
Exhibition planning
Plan temporary, permanent and travelling exhibitions, assign a curator, group the objects on show, and move each exhibition through draft, planned, open and closed stages.
Valuation reporting & access control
