The problem

Every reading is auto-graded against configurable thresholds into a health score, a remaining-life estimate, and plain-language guidance, so teams act on condition instead of the clock.

Purpose-Built Oil Analysis
Capture iron, copper, soot, fuel dilution, viscosity at 100°C, and TBN per sample with dedicated fields instead of freetext, so lab results stay consistent and reportable.
Predictive Health Score
Every sample computes a 0-100 health score, a good/warning/critical health level, and an estimated remaining oil life in kilometers, all threshold-based and configurable.
Degradation Trending
Each new sample is linked to the equipment's previous sample, and the iron trend per 1000 km is computed automatically to reveal how fast an asset is degrading.
Built-In Interpretation
Out-of-range readings generate plain-language interpretation and suggested parts, such as piston rings for elevated iron, turning raw numbers into a decision.
Lubrication Route Tracking
Record lubricant grade, application point, method, and quantity per task, with re-greasing intervals that compute the next-due date and an on-track, due-soon, or overdue status.
Tablet Quick Entry
A compact, large-control quick-entry form lets technicians log a lubrication task at the equipment on a tablet, with a Scan / Serial field that selects the right asset instantly.
One-Click Lab Import
Import a CSV of lab oil-analysis results in one action, matching rows to equipment by serial number or name and creating draft samples automatically.
Automated Threshold Alerts
A daily scheduled job flags confirmed samples with a critical health level and tasks that are overdue or due soon, scheduling a follow-up activity for the responsible user.
Reporting & Equipment Linkage
Pivot and graph views trend readings and workload by month, PDF reports export schedules and lab results, and equipment records gain stat buttons straight to their oil-sample and lubrication history.
