Automatic nonconformance creation
Out-of-tolerance characteristics auto-raise a numbered nonconformance record so nothing is lost between inspection and disposition.
Enforced approver separation
Submission locks the record to its inspector and routes it to a quality manager who cannot be the same person — the exact control an auditor checks for, with a reason captured on reject.
