Visit check-in with automatic overtime
A full visit state machine (booked, checked in, in progress, completed, checked out) records real start and end times, computes actual duration against the booked slot, and appends an automatic overtime surcharge at checkout — no manual math.
Child profiles & safety data
Rich child profiles capture age, blood group, school, photos, emergency contacts and allergy or medical notes, with waiver upload, signer tracking and automatic expiry so safety data never goes stale.
Membership tiers & loyalty
Configurable Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers apply discounts automatically at check-in, track valid, expired and cancelled status by date, support auto-renewal, and accrue loyalty points that convert to redeemable vouchers.
Party room booking & packages
Party rooms, fixed-price packages and catering add-ons combine into a booking with automatic hourly plus extra-guest pricing, deposit tracking, overlap prevention and day-based cancellation fees.
Public website booking
A published party-room catalog with photos, pricing and guest reviews lets visitors browse, check availability and submit a booking request online — confirmed automatically by email with a calendar attachment.
Parent self-service portal
Parents sign in to see their own visits, bookings, membership status with expiry and loyalty balance, and each child’s waiver status — so they stop phoning the front desk to check.
Dashboards & revenue analytics
Native pivot and graph views turn visit and booking data into occupancy, revenue and activity analytics without exporting to a spreadsheet.
Role-based access & multi-venue
FEC Staff and FEC Manager security groups scope what each role can see and edit, and every venue, activity and room record carries its own company so multi-venue operators run from one dashboard.

Not in this version. The front desk runs through the Quick Check-In wizard and the visit lifecycle, which track activity charges and automatic overtime without a POS add-on. Native POS screens are planned for a future release.
