Schedule multiple rates per benefit with start and end dates. Every rate, eligibility and status change is tracked with author and timestamp, so compliance and dispute resolution never rely on memory.
Grade, job and tenure eligibility rules
Restrict a benefit to specific job positions, departments or a minimum tenure, or leave it open to everyone. Rules combine so eligibility is explicit, not guesswork.
Automatic and bulk allocation
A monthly cron auto-allocates recurring benefits to newly eligible employees, and a bulk wizard applies or updates a benefit across many employees at once, filtered by department, job or selection.
Employer/employee split with proration
Every benefit carries an employer-paid and employee-paid share. Weighted partial-period calculation handles mid-period joiners, leavers and rate changes automatically, with the computation basis shown for verification.
